Khroan / Temure

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Temure handles information when a user authorizes Temure to connect with external services, including Google account services.

Effective date: September 5, 2026

What Temure Is

Temure is an orchestration and governance system operated by Khroan. It helps users connect authorized services, coordinate workflows, and govern capabilities that may read information or take actions only when the user has authorized those capabilities.

Information and Data Accessed

Temure may access account information, service content, metadata, workflow records, configuration choices, authorization status, and operational logs needed to provide authorized functionality. The exact data accessed depends on which services and permissions the user chooses to authorize.

Google Account Data Categories

When a user authorizes Google access through Google OAuth, Temure may access only the Google data and capabilities granted by that user. Current and intended Google capabilities may include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, and Google Drive. Temure does not receive access to Google account data unless the user grants the relevant Google OAuth permission.

How Data Is Used

Temure uses authorized data to provide user-directed orchestration, retrieval, drafting, scheduling, file, contact, communication, and workflow capabilities. Write or effect capabilities are governed separately from read capabilities by the user's authorization choices and Temure capability controls.

OAuth Credentials and Authorization

Google credentials and tokens are used only to provide the functionality authorized by the user. Access is governed by Google OAuth authorization and by Temure capability controls. Temure does not ask for broader Google permissions than are needed for the capabilities being enabled.

Data Storage and Security

Temure may store configuration, authorization state, workflow state, logs, and limited data needed to operate authorized capabilities. Khroan takes reasonable steps to protect systems and data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This policy does not claim any specific security certification.

Data Sharing

User data is not sold. Temure may share data only when necessary to provide user-authorized functionality, when directed by the user, or when required by law. Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties. Temure use of information received from Google APIs is limited to authorized functionality and is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Data Retention

Temure retains authorization state, workflow records, logs, and related data only as needed to operate, troubleshoot, protect, or improve authorized functionality, unless a user requests removal where supported or a longer period is required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

User Controls and Revocation

Users control which external services and permissions are authorized. Users can revoke Google access through their Google Account permissions page and, where supported, through Temure. Revoking access may disable features that depend on that service connection.
