Acceptance
By using Temure or related Khroan software services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Temure is an orchestration and governance system that connects to user-authorized services and coordinates workflows according to the permissions and capabilities a user enables.
Authorized Use
You may use Temure only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, systems, data, and services that you own, control, or are authorized to access. You may not use Temure to bypass access controls, violate third-party terms, or interfere with any service or user.
User Responsibility for Connected Accounts
You are responsible for the external accounts and permissions you connect to Temure. Review authorization prompts carefully and authorize only the services and capabilities you intend to use.
Third-Party Services
Temure may connect with third-party services such as Google services when authorized by the user. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and account controls. Khroan is not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, or account decisions.
Availability and Changes
Temure is an early-access service and may change, pause, or stop features at any time. Khroan may update these terms or service behavior as the product evolves.
Intellectual Property
Khroan and its licensors retain rights in Temure, the Khroan site, software, designs, documentation, and related materials. These terms do not grant ownership of Khroan or Temure intellectual property.
Disclaimer and Limitation
Temure is provided as an early-stage service without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Khroan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination and Revocation
You may stop using Temure or revoke connected service access at any time. Khroan may suspend or terminate access if use appears unauthorized, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.
